HR Roundtable - Surviving & Thriving in a Multi-Generational Workforce (Feb 2023)

Plan to join us for our quarterly HR Roundtable.  The program will start at 11:30 am and plan to finish at 12:30 pm.  Lunch will be provided. 

Topic: Surviving & Thriving in a Multi-Generational Workforce

Navigating the five generations of today's workplace can be a challenging endeavor. With Traditionalists, Baby Boomers, Generation Xers, Millennials and Gen Z all exhibiting different work styles and
approaches to their job roles - it is no wonder we might feel overwhelmed in our 21st-century multi-
generational workplaces. However, understanding the nuances of different generations at work is often
the difference between a happy or conflicted workforce.

This session provides the information needed to understand how each generation works best together
for an overall healthier environment where everyone succeeds!

About The Speaker:

  Jen Atienzo-Fisher is the owner of Evolution to Revolution Consulting. Jen's work focuses on culture
 development and leadership training for organizations and life coaching, goal attainment, and career
 path development for individuals. With a Bachelor of Social Work and a Master of Business
 Administration with a concentration in Organizational Development, Jen brings a wealth of knowledge
 and experience to her clients.

 Jen is devoted to helping others grow and evolve into their best selves and believes everyone can create
 change in their lives with positive support. She strives to empower her clients with the tools they need
 to make that change happen. In her spare time, Jen loves spending time with her son (an energetic five-
 year-old), playing music (she is in two local bands), and writing a book about life and career lessons she
 learned from her dog Eli.

HR Roundtable is a quarterly meeting of human resource professionals, business owners, or other professionals who perform the human resource duties in their company. Each session covers a different topic featuring a guest speaker who brings an expert opinion and facilitates engaging conversation. This is a confidential space for HR professionals to share with their peers and get feedback on challenges they may be facing. We encourage attendees to share ideas and resources with the group. Attendees are welcome to purchase tickets per event or purchase a series ticket for the full year.
