Kick off your summer fun with free canoeing on Cedar Creek! This event is being held in cooperation with DeKalb Soil and Water Conservation District, Boy Scout Troop #169 and Fort Wayne Outfitters.

*Participants will be scheduled in waves, leaving Cedar Creek at different times.*

Spots are limited, so you must pre-register.
Information & Rules:
- 2 people per canoe.
- Participants are not permitted to bring their own canoes or kayaks to the event.
- No age limit as long as the minor is accompanied by an adult.
- Life jackets will be provided for all participants, however, younger children should come prepared with their own in the event an appropriate size is not available. Life jackets should be coast guard-approved.
- Park in Eckhart Park and check in with Auburn Parks and Recreation. Participants will then be transported to the starting point and will canoe to Eckhart Park.
