We know that with our busy schedules, we often neglect to take care of ourselves, so the Auburn Tri Kappa Chapter will be hosting our 3rd Annual Pink Out in DeKalb County. DeKalb Health is proud to be the Platinum Sponsor for this year's festivities. Our mission is to raise awareness in our community, educate about early detection, and save lives. Our efforts to have a call to action and educate our community members about the crucial importance of early detection have come to the forefront of our mission with the loss of and recent diagnosis of so many women in our community over the last 2 years.
Tri Kappa Pink Out DeKalb County 2017 county wide breast cancer awareness event will culminate on Thursday, May 18th, 2017 downtown Auburn at The James Cultural Plaza with a health and wellness fair and tribute ceremony. We also have several events tentatively scheduled throughout the month of May to help raise awareness including a Zumbathon at the Auburn YMCA, and many other amazing events being added weekly.
Official t-shirts available for just $10 at SMT-T's in Auburn. Get a form in our office or visit https://www.smit-ts.com/pinkout to order your shirt online. Show your support by wearing pink on May 18th.
