In today’s world, Time Management is crucial in organizing the demands that come our way daily. In this session, attendees will learn the following:
- Understanding the importance of “getting things done” and applying it to your business and your life.
- Learn to implement 10 Effective Time Management Principles.
- Learn and create a “Default Calendar” for running a better business by establishing a weekly process of applying the 10 principles in leading your business.
Each participant will leave with a calendar identifying their current weekly schedule and a new one showing how to increase effectiveness by managing time better.
