Join us at Prism- a conference for women- created and curated by the women-led DeKalb Chamber Partnership.
This full-day conference will hear award-winning keynote speakers and attend hyper-focused workshop and breakout sessions on a variety of topics important to the modern woman. This year's theme, GLOW, will talk about finding our internal spark- and how to keep the flame going.

Keynote Speakers
Carrie Wisehart
Carrie Wisehart can best be described as a creative and energetic speaker, author, and educator. For the past 24 years Carrie has touched the heart of her students by recognizing their unique strengths and helping them develop their fullest potential. Through the privilege of educating students, Carrie has won NBC 33?s Excellence in Education award, was featured for her innovative teaching on one of the final episodes of The Oprah Winfrey Show, and was honored as a Woman of Northeast Indiana by 21 Alive television. Carrie was named 2020 Teacher of the Year for Northwest Allen County Schools, and most recently, she was named the 2022 Remarkable Woman of Northeast Indiana by WANE TV.
Christie Browning
Dr. Kristal Walker, CPTM, has worked in the learning, leadership, and organizational development space for 19 years helping clients engage people, apply processes, and implement technology to improve human and organizational performance. She currently serves as the vice president of employee well-being at Sweetwater Sound, where she is responsible for crafting and leading wellness, diversity and inclusion (D&I), and training initiatives. She is also a Training Industry Courses instructor, where she teaches training professionals around the world on training best practices. Dr. Walker is also the president & founder a new online learning platform called Proverbs University. Her most recent endeavors include participation in a distinguish CQ Fellows program to solidify her stance as a global thought leader in Cultural Intelligence. When it's all said and done, she takes great pleasure in being the wife to her loving and supportive husband, and the mother to her amazing children.
