Our local speakers include:\n\n \nChris Straw\, Founder & President of Team Quality Services\n\nTeam Quality Services is a firm that provides Quality Control services to companies. Certified in Lean Six-Sigma\, Internal Auditing and Customer Service\, Chris is also a graduate from Purdue University and a decorated officer\, pilot and veteran of the US Air Force Reserves having flown combat missions in Bosnia\, Kosovo\, Iraq\, and Afghanistan. Residing in Auburn\, Indiana with his wife and children\, Chris is very Active in the community\, volunteering and serving on the Board of Directors for several organizations including the Northeast Indiana Defense Industrial Association (NIDIA)\, Northeast Indiana Works\, and DeKalb County's Launch Tank entrepreneurial competition. Chris has received the Ernestine Raclin Community Leadership Award for Northeast Indiana and the Junior Achievement Award for Excellence in Economic Education. \n\n"Leadership and followership are only one place apart."\n\n\n\n\n Logan Rinehold\, Rinehold Tack & Western Wear\n\nLogan Rinehold was born and raised in Waterloo\, IN where he currently resides and manages Rinehold Tack & Western Wear\, a family business dating back to 1968. A 2011 graduate from DeKalb High School\, Logan has always been very active in agricultural activities such as 4-H and FFA. After high school graduation\, he attended Black Hawk East\, a small junior college in Illinois\, and then Purdue University where he received a full-ride scholarship to compete on their livestock evaluation teams. At the junior and senior college levels\, Logan was a member of the National Champion livestock judging teams. He received his Bachelor's degree from Purdue in Agricultural Economics in 2015. \n\n"Leadership is practiced not so much in words as in attitude and in actions."\n\nHarold S. Geneen\n\n \n \n\nTasha Eicher\, DeKalb Health\n Tasha Eicher brings more than 20 years of progressive healthcare experience to her new role as a chief executive officer of DeKalb Health. In 1998\, Eicher began her healthcare career at Community Hospitals and Wellness Center is Bryan\, Ohio while attending college. Her expertise continued to grow with positions at Dupont Hospital in Fort Wayne\, Indiana\, serving as director of health information management\, case management\, and the sleep center. Then in Nashville\, Tennessee\, serving as the business director and director of clinical operations at St. Thomas Hospital\, and returning to Indiana as the executive director of cardiovascular services at Lutheran Medical Group in Fort Wayne. In 2015\, Eicher joined the DeKalb Health team as vice president of physician services\, strategy\, and development. In January 2018\, she was appointed interim CEO and in March\, was selected as chief executive officer. Eicher also holds the distinction as the first female CEO in the 54-year history of the hospital. She is a graduate of Western Governors University receiving a bachelor's in Business and Master of Business Administration. She also holds an associate's degree in Business from Northwest State Community College in Archbold\, Ohio and an associate's degree in Health Information Management from Hutchinson Community College in Hutchinson\, Kansas. Eicher prides herself on being a "servant leader" and is passionate about DeKalb Health's service to the community and its patients. When she is not working on strategic initiatives at DeKalb Health\, she serves as president of the Hicksville School Foundation\, JAM Center board member\, and teaches the 4th grade CCD at St. Michaels Catholic Church. Eicher enjoys spending time with family\, cheering on her children in athletic events\, reading\, and vacationing to warm places.
