Ribbon Cutting: Image of Hope Nature Discovery Center

Image of Hope will cut the ribbon on its new Nature Discovery Center.

The public is invited to join for the ceremony taking place at 4:00 p.m. followed by tours and refreshments.

The Nature Discovery Center is a vision of the ranch hoping to provide a new avenue for children and families to learn about nature and ecosystems. The project was the recipient of a United Way of DeKalb County Impact Grant totaling $6,100 to which the Image of Hope donors have added $10,000 to bring it to completion. Mayor Mike Ley and his Day of Caring team helped with the project, donating their time to construct it. Image of Hope believes the Nature Discovery Center will have a positive impact on individuals, families, homeschool groups, and schools in the area.
